   Jo’Deza Beauty respects and values every customer. Your trust is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Damaged Items

     If your product arrives damaged, we will be more than happy to replace your product. Please provide us with a photograph of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to info@jodezabeauty.shop; no later than 7 days after arrival.

     Once we receive your information please allow 3 to 5 business days for the replacement process will begin.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, ie, personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
